 ON THE ISSUES

Right to Life

I believe in the right to life and support the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade to allow the states to enforce meaningful abortion regulations. Everyone deserves the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Protect the 2nd Amendment

The 2nd Amendment is clear, and I fully support it. I oppose any attempts to infringe on our fundamental right to keep and bear arms. At the same time, I am committed to protecting our children and communities from those who wish to do harm.

Stop Illegal Immigration

I support a merit-based system for legal immigration. This approach allows us to determine how many immigrants our economy needs and how many we can successfully assimilate. Protecting our national security must come first.

Excellence in Education

The future of our nation depends on the quality of education. I believe in school choice and that education should be managed by the states, not the federal government. I am also opposed to any efforts to wipeout student debt by means of executive action.

Quality Healthcare

I support efforts to create a more patient-centered system that fosters collaboration between patients and doctors. Massive government intervention in healthcare has led to abuse of the system, poorer service, and out-of-control costs.

Lower Taxes / Spending

I would oppose any tax increases and support efforts in reducing federal spending to address our $34 trillion national debt. We must stop runaway federal spending and balance the federal budget. I will support tax reforms that lower taxes for all Americans.

Rebuild Infrastructure

I believe we need to upgrade our roads, rails, seaports, airports, and water and sewer systems. My experience with the North Carolina Department of Transportation has shown me how critical infrastructure is to our state's efficiency and functionality.

Implement Term Limits

I support a constitutional amendment to implement term limits. Elected office should be a public service, not a lifelong career. To prevent corruption, we need more public servants and fewer career politicians.

Religious Freedom

No democracy can survive without a foundation of individual virtues that people collectivly uphold. I support our nation's longstanding valuesand traditions. Our fundamental religious liberties are under attack by woke policies and it is our duty to defend it.
